Returns & Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from ttt-blockprint . However, should you be dissatisfied for any reason, you can of course cancel your order and return it to us in accordance with legal regulations.

Return period

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The deadline is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) took possession of the goods.

Return

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please send us an email to office@ttt-blockprint.com including your order number and the items you wish to return.
We will then inform you of the return address and the next steps.

Return shipping costs

Please note:
The buyer bears the costs of the return shipment.
We do not cover return postage costs.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept packages sent without postage due.

Condition of goods

Returned items must be in undamaged condition .
Please ensure that all original packaging and labels are included.

refund

After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price (less any shipping costs) to the originally used payment method.
This usually takes place within 5-10 working days after receipt of goods.
